Rescheduling + Cancellations

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or rebook. You can make changes by calling (02) 7809 2809.

If you completely miss an appointment and you did not call us 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged $70 for your missed appointment unless you have a valid reason.

Location

We are conveniently located on the corner of Victoria Road and Sorrell Street in Parramatta. Our clinic is located directly opposite to Coles supermarket.

Parking

We have many options for parking for our patients. There is parking underneath Coles supermarket which offers 1.5 hrs free parking. There is also metre parking next to the clinic.

Our office hours are as follows:

Monday	9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday	9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday	9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Thursday	9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Friday	9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Payment Options:

We accept cheque, Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS. We also accept on the spot claiming for most private health funds through HICAPS.
